My name is Elizabeth Evans and I ride Blackertor Rhonda for Lynda Buchanan-Jackson, and also show some of her shetlands inhand. Recently at Bucks County, Kerloch Eliza won the adult shetland class (there was no shetland championship) and she was reserve champion in the non welsh mountain and moorland championship. Also at the Downs Shetland Pony Group show at Crockstead EC last week, she was 1st standard mare and went on to be reserve overall supreme champion!

Blackertor Rhonda and I competed at Horse of the Year Show in the open mountain and moorland ridden class, where we came 8th in the dartmoor, exmoor and shetland section. Rhonda was the only shetland to be placed.

Last week we went to the BSPS Heritage show at Arena UK where we won the shetland breed qualifier for the Olympia London International Horse Show, gaining our ticket to this prestigious christmas show for the second year running.
